تورتة الشوكولاتة

المقادير:

العجين:
- ثلاثة أرباع كوب دقيق
- ثلاثة أرباع كوب زبد (125جراما )
- نصف كوب سكر
- 6 بيضات
- رشة ملح
- ذرة بيكنج باودر ( أقلمن ربع ملعقة صغيرة )
- نصف كيلو شوكولاته تقسم إلى ثلاثة ( للعجين والحشو والتزيين )
الحشو:
- الشوكولاته ( السابقة )
- 6 ملاعق كريمة طازجة
- ملعقتان كبيرتان سكر
للتزيين:
- الشوكولاته ( السابقة )
- فنجان كريمة طازجة
- قطعة شوكولاته بيضاء ( لرسم سطح التورتة )






طريقة التحضير:
1- اعدي المقادير المطلوبة
2- ابدئي بإعداد الكريمة الخاصة بالحشو ، فهي تحتاج لوقت حتى تبرد : أذيبي الشوكولاته بعد تقطيعها على نار هادئة وأضيفي إليها الكريمة الطازجة وقلبيهم حتى يتجانس الخليط ثم ضعيه في البراد لمدة ساعتين
العجين :
1- أخفقي الزبد والسكر معا جيدا ثم أضيفي صفار البيض حتى يصير الخليط كالكريمة وأذيبي الشوكولاته في حمام مائي دافىء
2- أضيفي الشوكولاته السائلة فوق الزبد والبيض واخفقيهم جيداً
3- أضيفي إليهم الدقيق ( مع ذرة الملح ) وبياض البيض المخفوق ( كالكريمة ) بالتناوب
4- اضيفي ذرة ( اقل من ربع ملعقة صغيرة ) خميرة البيكنج باودر
5- اسكبي العجين في قالب مستدير مدهون بالسمن
6- زجي القالب في فرن متوسط الحرارة سبق تسخينه لمدة 45 دقيقة وارفعيه بعد التأكد من نضج العجين أضيفي السكر إلى الكريمة الباردة واخفقيها جيدا حتى تصير ناعمة ، ثم قطعي الجاتوه شطرين متساويين ، وادهني سطح الشطر الاسفل بالكريمة الباردة وغطيها بالشطر الآخر
7- اذيبي الشوكولاته في حمام مائي واضيفي اليها الكريمة الطازجة وقلبيهم
8- اسكبي الكريمة فوق سطح الجاتوه مع تسويته بسكين الحلوى ومراعاة تغطية الجوانب ايضاً بالكريمة
9- أذيبي الشوكولاته البيضاء في حمام مائي
10- ضعي الشوكولاته في انبوب ( كيس ) ينتهي بقمع معدني مزركش على هيئة شريط ثم أرسمي دوائر باحجام مختلفة على السطح
11- مرري سكينا غير حاد على السطح من نقطة الوسط لتتسع حتى الأطراف وبالعكس
