1- توضع المكسرات كلها في كيس بلاستيك ويدق فوقه حتى يتكسر الي قطع صغيرة ولكن لا يطحن. توضع المكسرات في وعاء ويضاف اليها الزبيب وتقلب جيدا.
2- تقطع الكنافة إلى شرائط قصيرة (نحو 2-2.5 سم ) باستخدام المقص. توضع فى وعاء متوسط و تقلب جيدا مع الزبد المذاب و الزيت باستخدام اليدين حتى تتشربه و تصبح لينة .
3- تدهن صينية للفرن بالزبد و تفرد فيها نصف كمية الكنافة. يضغط على الكنافة في الصينية جيدا باليدين لتصبح متماسكة.
4- يضاف خليط الجبن الريكوتا و اللبن على الكنافة بعيدا عن أحرف الصينية. يضاف النصف الاخر من الكنافة و يضغط عليه أيضا حتى يتماسك.
5- يسخن الفرن الى درجة 200-210 مئوية ثم توضع الصينية على الرف السفلى لمدة 20-25 دقيقة حتى يصبح السطح ذهبى اللون.
6- تخرج الصيتية من الفرن. يصب الشربات البارد عليها فور اخراجها. يوضع طبق التقديم فوق الصينية ثم تقلب الكنافة فيه . تقدم فورا.
